The Tellurians Cafe is a family-owned
woman-managed business.

My name is Katy, and with an endless support and help of my husband Yaro
I opened this cafe with a mission to provide fresh, delicious, and healthy meals
for all those, who share my view on the food as a primary determinant of health and quality of life.  I am a Certified Health Coach with extensive knowledge, experience, and passion for nutrition and the role the diet plays in how we feel, look, and live. I am convinced that the famous French gastronome, Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, was straight to the point when he said, “Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are” ;)

Together with my husband we share a great enthusiasm for fitness and active lifestyle, and we know from experience how important nutrition is not only for health-related, but for physique- and performance-related goals. However, while being functionally important, food is also a source of pleasure and enjoyment. We believe the food should be healthy and delicious with no compromises.

We are happy to share our food with you, our fellow tellurians! :)
